Reiki is not a substitute for orthodox medical treatment. Amber does not advise that anyone receiving Reiki stop their prescribed medication or cease medical care. If you have symptoms you are concerned about, please consult a relevant medical professional first for a diagnosis. Reiki is a complement to conventional medicine and is to be seen as such.

Amber reserves the right to refuse, cancel or re-schedule an appointment at any time. Should this happen you will not be charged for another re-scheduled date

Gift Vouchers

Are valid for 3 months from the date of purchasing and are to be redeemed only by the person in whose name they are purchased. They are non refundable and only for the treatment they were bought for. Should there be a change in price structure between the time of purchasing and redeeming, the price on the voucher will be honoured in good faith by Amber

Refunds

There are no refunds for block bookings, concession places or other payment plans. Nor are there refunds for any treatments administered or any of the healing programmes

If you change your mind half way through a programme and wish you stop you can do that, Amber shall not however refund you unless there are very pressing reasons, so any refunds are at Amber’s discretion.

Etiquette

Amber reserves the right to cancel sessions at any time for rude, disrespectful or threatening behaviour. There shall be no refunds.
